Musicshake is a User Generated Music solution that allows the general public without any knowledge of music to create their own professional level quality music with very simple steps/clicks based on more than half a million different 'music modules'.

Menu
1. Start Now: start with a random track
- Create random tracks
- Choose genre/tempo and then create tracks
- Sample songs by Musicshake
2. Load: Load a saved song
3. Save: Save your song in one of the slots
4. Send to Musicshake: Post your music on the Musicshake charts
5. Buy MP3: Buy and download your song as MP3
6. Menu: Click to see the menu
- Add Track: Add a new track (instrument) to the song
- Effect Add: Add an effects track to the song
- Add Part: Add a part by choosing a chord progression
- New: Start making a new song
- Load: Load a saved song
- Save: Save your song
- Send To: Post your music on Musicshake, Facebook, imeem, or Phonevite
- Buy MP3: Buy and download the MP3 file for a song
- Buy Ringtone: Buy and download the MP3 file for a song and convert to ringtone
- Option: Settings, options, and preferences for the Musicshake program
- Login/Logout: Use your Musicshake ID to login and logout

Tracks:
1. Track Number: Click to control the track
- A menu appears when you click the track number - you can delete, copy, move, turn all tracks ON/OFF.
2. Change Track/ Add Track: Click to change the instrument or add a new track to the song
- Click on the track name to change the instrument or the pattern.
- Click on the add track button to add new instruments, effects, and recording tracks.
- Mouse over the pattern to get a preview.
- Instrument Track: Instruments such as drums, piano, etc... blocks are turned ON/OFF
- Effects Track: Each sound effect has a certain length and blocks can be dragged and moved within the song.
- Recording Track: Created by adding a track or clicking on the record button; the play bar moves as you record.
3. Tone/Effect: Click to change the tone and effects on the instrument
- Click on the tone to change the tone and apply an effect to the track.
4. Volume: Click to control the volume of the track
- Click on the speaker icon to mute the track.
- CTRL button + click on the speaker icon to mute all tracks except the one being clicked.
- Click on the number to open the volume control bar.
- Mouse over the number and use scroll wheel to move volume up/down.
5. Best Of Best: Let Musicshake recommend a pattern for your song
- Clicking on the Best of Best icon give you a list of recommended tracks that you can preview and add.
6. Reset: Click to reset your song, all tracks will be lost
Part/Block
1. Part Number: Edit the selected part, see the chords and change the chord patterns.
- A part menu appears when you click on the part number - you can turn the part ON/OFF, move, delete, copy, and add.
2. Blocks: Turn the blocks ON and OFF.
- Some instruments, such as the drums, have a list of several patterns (which can be previewed) to choose from.
- An effects block can be dragged with the mouse.
- An effects block can copied by pressing the ALT button and clicking on block.
- A copy/delete menu appears when an effects block is clicked.
3. Block Reset: All blocks will be turned off
Player Controls/Song Info
1. Timer: Displays the length of the song
2. Player Control: Rewind, play, stop, fast forward, etc...
3. Record: Creates a recording track and start the recording
4. Main Volume: Controls the main volume
5. EQ: Visual display of the equalizer
6. Song Title: A song title is mandatory when saving a song
7. Style: Display and change the style of the song
8. Tempo: Display the tempo of the song
9. Key: Display the key of the song
10. Fade: Song ending fades out when this is turned on
11. Repeat: Song repeats when this is turned on
12. DSP: Click to open the Digital Signal Processing settings
- General:
- Language: choose the language for the program
- Tool Tip: set the tool tip ON/OFF
- Volume: set the main volume and the preview volume
- Advanced:
- Block Edit: snap feature to make effects tracks align with the instruments tracks. When this feature is on, the effect block will "stick" to a nearby part.
- DSP: Digital Signal Processing applies the audio effect to all the tracks.
- Shortcut:
- Space Bar Setting: configuring the details of stop/play functionality for the space bar.
- Shortcuts: displays the shortcuts for the Musicshake program.
Automatic Installation:
- Click the START MUSICSHAKE PROGRAM button on the Musicshake web site.
- Download Program
- The Musicshake program will run when the installation completes.
Manual Installation
- Click on Download Musicshake from the Musicshake web site.
-Click SAVE and RUN when the download completes.
- Click the START MUSICSHAKE PROGRAM button on the Musicshake web site to run the program.
Uninstall
- Go to Start ? Control Panel ? Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) and choose "Musicshake"
- Go to Start ? Control Panel ? Programs ? Programs and Features (Windows Vista) and choose "Musicshake"
- To complete the uninstall process, click "Yes."
