MiDisaurus Music Private Teacher (Annual Subscription) - Includes both Teacher and Student versions for one (1) computer each. Two classes can be designated with a limit of 80 students per class (maximum 160 students).
The separate versions allow for everything to be installed on the same computer or for student lessons to be restricted to a dedicated computer while content is assigned by another.
MiDisaurus Music Private Teacher is an annual subscription to the MiDisaurus curriculum. It is designed to support the teaching and learning of music in elementary levels. MiDisaurus Music develops real music skills, the understanding of music in relation to history and culture and fosters the ability to be musically creative. An edutainment approach holds the child's interest with colorful animation, fun-filled games, songs and activities.
Expanded content includes solfege training, a large selection of keyboard pieces with adjustable metronome and guided composition (including a junior notation suite). Teacher tools include enhanced record-keeping and the ability to assign specific content to the class or individual student over the internet.

Midisaurus is designed to be user-friendly and extremely appealing to children. MiDisaurus develops real musical skills in music fundamentals, music theory, eartraining and an understanding of musical form and history. Students begin with simple concepts (Loud/Soft, Same/Different); continue to basic concepts (Note & Rest Values, Notes on The Grand Staff); and then to more advanced concepts (Scales, Chords, Progressions). Creative and entertaining games make drills fun and easy.
MiDisaurus is designed for use with or without a MIDI keyboard; an interactive on-screen keyboard helps children work with concepts such as scales, intervals and chords. Use of a MIDI keyboard with your computer adds additional functionality to the program. MiDisaurus keeps a printable "grade report" on each child, making the program ideal for home, school or private teacher use.
