I found Brian to be a good listener and to help me understand what options were available with music notation software that were within my budget. I was concerned about giving out personal information because I don't want spam mail or unwanted email popping up. He assured me your company does not give out my personal information. Not only did he give me feedback on the phone, but he promptly emailed me information with various links so I could download free trials to see what software would work best for my purposes. Because he was considerate to me on the phone, as well as helpful and very efficient in what he said he'd do.....I was impressed by this customer service and I said to myself, "This company is the one I want to do business with". Thank you for a positive experience today. Your "Why should I buy from Kelly's music" question was convincing and I witnessed the customer service firsthand from Brian. :-)
