SlowBlast! slows down music! You can play along or transcribe your favorite riffs and tunes at your own speed instead of trying to catch everything at full pace. You can master difficult phases with ease. SlowBlast! creates studio quality sound without changing the original pitch.

How does it work? Simple - you put an audio CD in your CD-ROM drive, fire up SlowBlast! and mark out the musical passage by giving a click on the red dot to begin and a click on the red square to stop. SlowBlast! records that passage and is ready to slow it down. Set the slowdown percentage (as low as 20%) then click the green arrow to listen to that passage at slowed down speed. After you've worked on it a while, you might gradually raise the speed to 100%, gaining mastery as you play along. To really gain confidence for those situations where the song starts a little fast, you can even play along faster than the original recording.
