Sibelius Groovy Music is a series of three programs which make teaching music to primary children easy and fun.     Supporting the non-specialist teacher in particular, it comes with plenty of clear and well-written supporting materials - and you don't need to be a musician to use it.     Children will love Sibelius Groovy Music. It lets them create their own music as well as carry out directed activities, so there's plenty of room for them to experiment. In fact, Groovy music is so compelling that once children start making music, they just won't want to stop!     And best of all, it's incredibly easy to use, so you won't waste time on setting it up and learning how it works.     In the Explore section, children are guided aurally through a series of progressive musical exercises and games, which teaches them how music works.

In the Create section, children can put into practice what they've learned by creating their own music.     The shapes represent elements of music like rhythm, melody and chords. Children simply drag these onto the screen to build up their creation.
