The EX8000 features 8 balanced XLR/TRS Combo connectors and 10 step LED peak metering lights for each channel. It also includes +48V DC phantom power on each channel, AES/EBU, S/PDIF digital I/O, ADAT Optical I/O, S/MUX, Word Clock input via BNC connector, Insert of 8x1/4" Phone jack and a headphone monitor connector with amplifier.  
 
The EX8000 is an expansion unit for Maxio XD (you must have a Maxio PCI Host or Xpress Host Card.)
