Question: What is the difference between Priority and Standard Handling?

Answer:

Priority Handling ensures your order gets processed more quickly:

  • Your order is moved to the top of the list for processing
  • If an item is not in stock, you will be at the top of the list when new stock arrives
  • Lost or delayed shipments are reshipped within 3 days of delivery standard when possible
  • We pay return shipping if an item is defective within 14 days of receipt
  • Call us toll free to check the status of your order at anytime

(Note that selecting Priority Handling does not adjust the delivery time.)

Standard Handling is free:

  • If an item is not in stock, your order will be filled after priority orders
  • Lost or delayed shipments are reshipped when the carrier has agreed that the item has been lost
  • You pay return shipping for defective items
  • Check the status of your order on our website at any time
