Question: I am Canadian, but I bought my Steinberg product from a US dealer. Why can't I get tech support or upgrades from Steinberg?
Answer: Steinberg Canada's policy is that Canadian customers who purchase from a Canadian dealer will receive technical support and upgrades from Steinberg Canada. Canadian customers who purchase from a US dealer must contact Steinberg US. Customers of Kelly's Music & Computers may receive their tech support from Steinberg Canada or Steinberg US, depending on the product - contact us for more details.
