Question: What is the difference between free standard tech support and Premium Tech Support?
Answer: Kelly's Music & Computers customers enjoy our free standard tech support which includes assistance by e-mail on products purchased from Kelly's Music. Consider adding Premium Tech Support to your order to receive faster service, training, toll free access and more!
Standard Tech Support:
- The manufacturer of the product in question should be contacted first, as they should be able to quickly resolve any issues. They will have access to a larger variety of resources that are specific to the product you are experiencing difficult with.
- Kelly's Music & Computers customers may contact our tech support department on-line after you have contacted the manufacturer if they are unable to resolve your problem or you do not receive a response.
- Technical support is limited to technical problems. Our Standard Tech Support does not include product training. ("How do I..." questions are considered product training questions and not technical support.)
Premium Tech Support:
- Receive both technical support and training with faster access.
- E-mail, call toll-free, or receive help via remote assistance over the web.
- With remote assistance, we can view your computer screen, show you our screen, and even take over your computer and problem solve while you watch!
