I liked the prompt responses I got. Sometimes one has to wait for a couple of business days to get responses, but with Kellys the service and answers to questions are prompt and detailed. As far as the purchase goes, I'm not sure that I am ready to buy any of the inquired products yet form anywhere, so my quest continues. Thank you so much for your help.
