I was inexperienced dealing with notation programs, and was pleased to see that when I somehow stumbled upon Kelly's site free demos could be downloaded. Kelly's helped me decide which notation program might be best and helped me set up my keyboard to my computer to make sure I was exposed to as many of the software's attributes as possible. Most impressive, when I ordered the software and the possibility of a delay arrived, Kelly's ensured that I would not be waiting too long for the product to arrive as they contacted their supplier to have it sent directly to me. I am most impressed with the customer service regarding every single problem I've encountered, and I thank you very much for the help.
