I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Kelly's Music. My husband and I both emailed questions during the past week and got useful responses within 24 hours. Kelly's Music was able to match a competitor's price and even "up'ed the anti" by upgrading the version of the software I was buying for free. After these communications had been completed, I was so impressed with Kelly Music's professionalism. They get my vote (and my money)! :o)
