I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to whoever is the brains behind how you folks go about sending out information and emails. The tact and diplomacy you exhibited in the last email you sent me is exceptional. You are the only company I have experienced to date that has so favourably worked with our cultural norms to only offer enough information without being too brazen or offensive. I appreciate this very much.
