Understanding that Kelly's ordering/shipping processes involve team-work, I need to especially commend Laurie, who spearheaded the initial phase of responding to questions before facilitating the order itself. Laurie responded incredibly promptly - within minutes of my initial email - and with great expertise regarding my queries. Her written replies are efficient, to-the-point, complete and most informative. I see Laurie as a highly skilled and professional communicator! All to say, my recent (as well as former, I might add) ordering experience with Kelly's has been exceptionally positive! Thanks and commendations to all involved!!
